My nickname is Zak Eazy, I am 24 years old and I am a digital artist based in Lille (northern France) passionate about photomontage.
I started using photoshop in 2012.
At first it was just fun that quickly turned into a passion and then into a job!
I worked almost 4 years in Paris as a graphic designer and then as a graphic project manager, going back and forth almost every day by train. So it was on this train that I decided to launch an instagram page so that I could give way to my creativity to escape the world of work.
I was able to quickly find my architecture-based photomontage theme which is one of my greatest passions and nature is one of my greatest source of inspiration.
At the beginning my creations were much more based on buildings and architecture of my city, Lille. Over time I told myself that doing other building in the world could be interesting and could make people travel a little more.
What I love most is being able to create universes, imaginary worlds around a place or building that you can see every day.
The goal is to be able to escape from the daily grind.
I am inspired by Salvador Dali's "Surrealist" movement for its distortion of reality and its imaginary worlds.
Regarding the colorimetry of my creations, I chose a palette of colors that we say "complementary" so that the result is pleasant to look at. A mixture of warm and cold colors, all mixed with a slight desaturation of colors to soften the image.
Regarding the choice of my images I have no particular idea but when I see a photo I manage to project myself and I can already imagine the world that I will be able to create. I am in constant search of THE photo.
The photos come from shoots of photographers with whom I collaborate.
Others come from image banks or personal photographs.
